Requests for availability or reservation, or any amendments thereto, must be an email (or failing a post). Our confirmation of availability or reservation, will also be given in writing. These exchanges and the agreement of the customer and the owner of the dates and the price of the stay is worth contract. Phone exchanges on the availability of a booking are of a purely informative nature.
All reservations must be confirmed by e-mail via our website or by mail , the reservation will be confirmed by us after receipt of a transfer of a deposit worth 30 % of the total booking amount that will be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. This deposit will be cashed upon receipt, the amount being deducted from the total price to be paid upon guest departure.
1 – cancellation by the customer: All cancellations must be notified by letter, fax or e.mail sent to the owner.
a) Cancellation before arrival: if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit remains with the owner.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start of stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
b) If the client does not show up before 19 hours before the scheduled day of arrival, the owner may cancel the reservation and dispose of its guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
c) In case of shortened stay, the price reflects the cost of accommodation is fully vested to the owner.
2 – Cancellation by the owner:
When-before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter or email with return receipt.
The client, without prejudice to recourse repair of any damages suffered, will be refunded the amounts paid immediately. He will also receive compensation at least equal to the penalty he would have supported if the cancellation had been his decision.
Children are evolving within our property under the sole responsibility of their parents. The pool is unsupervised and no child under 12, and / or who can not swim, can not stay in the pool area without the presence of a parent.
The customer must present himself the specified day from 17h. In case of late arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.
